Company Manager/Outreach

Job Description:
• Coordinate bookings, contracts, and travel for Faustwork Mask Theatre performers primarily in Canada and the U.S.
• Telephone and Email outreach to generate bookings in theatres, schools, and festivals in North America and worldwide
• Foster relationships with theatre presenters, arts organizations, schools and community partners for future outreach and booking possibilities
• Actively seek out marketing possibilities
• Apply to regional and national performing arts showcases and complete application requirements as necessary
• Maintain and update marketing and promotional materials as necessary
• Assemble and send promotional packages to interested presenters as necessary
• Maintain and update contact database
• Develop strategies to help grow the business of Faustwork, including for example our online presence with Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube
• Travel to booking conferences for the arts in Canada and the U.S. (Optional)
• Eventual management of Faustwork bookkeeping/accounts (Optional)

Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education
• Experience in outreach, marketing and/or arts administration essential
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enthusiastic and articulate phone manner
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Some experience with graphics design programs
• Bookkeeping skills & experience an asset
